I’ve been a FULL TIME REALTOR since 1995 helping buyers and sellers in the Maryland, Virginia and South Carolina areas achieve their goals.  I specialize in residential, new construction, land, farms, waterfront and retirement/second homes (South Carolina) with over $325 Million in closed sales during my career. 



I am a member the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Southern Maryland Association of Realtors (past Board of Directors member) and the Hilton Head/Bluffton South Carolina Association of Realtors.  I am also a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce where I have previously served on the Board of Directors.  I have served on the Board of Directors for the local Red Cross Chapters as well as the Civista Health Foundation. I immensely enjoy charity work and giving back to the community in which I work in. 



My extensive knowledge of the real estate market is unparalleled. I pride myself on giving every one of my clients the most precise and up to date information on the market, its trends and property values.  I focus on building relationships while helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  For example, if you are listing a home, staging is imperative in today’s market and is something that I am passionate about. “The way you live in your home day to day is the not the way you market your home to sell.” 



Building relationships by referral is my business and referrals from past clients are by far my biggest asset.  There is no greater compliment than receiving a referral after helping clients with their buying and selling needs.
